Zach joined JFS in 2021 after a history of cultivating his skills through the lens of a highly diverse caseload. He began as a direct support worker for clients with autism spectrum disorder for multiple years before moving to working with an older demographic of teens and young adults to assist with transitional care. Shortly after he found his calling in Case Management at Unity House of Troy, with an emphasis on Mental Health as well as a tenure at Rehabilitation Support Services to expand his knowledge of resources and people-centric services. His highly diverse history and experience found residence with JFS to meet the needs of their ever-expanding community and adapting with the quickly developing and changing world.
Zach earned his degree at SUNY College at Oneonta, and when he is not at work, he enjoys his time with his family and pets, cooking and has passions for music.
