Naomi is a recent graduate from Skidmore College with a degree in sociology. Her goal is to pursue a professional degree in this field, researching culture and community. In recent years, these passions led her to work for a non-profit in Mexico and remotely for an NGO in India. Having graduated in 2020, she continued to explore international exchanges as she spent this past semester as a Fulbright grantee in La Rioja, Spain teaching English as a second language.
A native of the Albany area, Naomi grew up attending Temple Israel and made her first trip to Israel in 2019 with Birthright. Aside from her love for travel, Naomi enjoys playing her beloved piano, drawing, and teaching Zumba. With her artistic and sociological lenses, she looks forward to contributing to the JFS community.
