Jane joined the JFS staff in 2019, after serving as the Executive Director of the Alzheimer’s Association, New York State Coalition, where she worked for 5 years, directing all Coalition activities and contracts and acting as the government and community relations liaison to all statewide organizations, agencies, legislative members and staff. Previously, Jane worked in various roles in government affairs and philanthropic leadership, and served many Capital District organizations, including Daughters of Sarah Jewish Foundation and Albany Medical Center Foundation.
Jane is an attorney by training and has been a non-profit organization specialist for more than 18 years. She received her J.D. from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia and her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Jane is an active volunteer with Jewish Federation of Northeastern New York and Congregation Ohav Shalom. Jane lives in Menands, NY, with her husband and two children. When Jane is not working or simply enjoying downtime with her family at home, she enjoys baking, skiing, hiking, kayaking, biking and running.
