Food as Medicine: Eating for Energy and Ease

In 400 B.C., Hippocrates wrote, “Let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food.” Throughout the years, science has demonstrated the truth in this statement and has helped us understand how our diet impacts health and well-being.

In this program we will focus on what, when, and how we eat regarding two specific areas:
EATING FOR ENERGY – How our food choices help us feel well and give us the ability to conduct our daily lives with enthusiasm and focus.
EATING FOR EASE – Exploring the link between diet and our ability to get adequate, quality sleep to restore and refresh us each day.
