This is the story of four kids from New Jersey who become rock and roll legends as The Four Seasons, one of the most memorable music groups of the 1960s. Surely you remember some of their famous hits: “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Sherry,” and “Rag Doll.”
This wonderful movie, directed by Clint Eastwood, features many of their hits, but most importantly, explores the relationships among the boys as they experience incredible triumphs as well as difficult struggles. Yet, while they quickly rise to the top of the charts, they never forget their origins as youths in New Jersey, and that bond sustains them throughout their whole lives. Laugh, cry and sing along!
