OSTEOPOROSIS AND BONE HEALTH SCREENING
Osteoporosis presents a serious health challenge for women AND men over age 50. Meet with ACPHS to talk about lifestyle, diet, family history, medications and other factors that may increase your risk. This screening
utilizes a FRAX tool and bone density machine for accuracy.
SCRIPT YOUR FUTURE (SYF)
Meet individually with SCPHS students and faculty to discuss better ways to manage and stick with your
prescribed drug regime. Learn to identify potential medication related problems. Blood Pressure screenings
will also be available.
Take advantage of the opportunity for this free and confidential service to get the information you need to maintain good health. NO personal information is required. Lots of FREE giveaways such as medication
diaries, pill boxes, heart healthy diet materials and so much more.
