Ne’imah Jewish Community Chorus Co-Presidents, Sally and Matthew Greenblatt, announce that half price tickets are available to NNORC members for Ne’imah’s 25th Anniversary Concert being held on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at The Massry Center for the Arts on the Campus of the College of St. Rose, 1002 Madison Avenue, Albany. A reception will follow the concert. Plenty of off-street parking is available. Tickets for NNORC members will be $5.00/ticket.
The concert, “Sterling Sounds” will feature Ne’imah Jewish Community Chorus and guest artist, Cantor Meir Finkelstein (pictured). Cantor Finkelstein has composed 150 pieces of Jewish music which are performed worldwide. He is a Hollywood
composer/arranger, scoring numerous TV shows and TV movies. He collaborated with Steven Speilberg, composing music for the Visual History Foundation’s award-winning documentary, “Survivors of the Holocaust” for which he was nominated for a Cable Ace Award.
