Retirement is a major life transition, sometimes described as becoming “unmoored from our normal structures.” Some may find this freedom delightful; others may feel at sea. For all of us, new rhythms and spaces emerge. Taking time to pause, contemplate, listen, and share can enrich this time of life.
Join Audrey Seidman, a spiritual director, a Sage-ing® Mentor, to explore the “Shalom” of retirement in a contemplative and supportive circle. This program is highly participatory, inviting deep listening and personal sharing, as well as discernment of what brings us closer to the Sacred.
Due to the nature of the group, participants are strongly encouraged to participate in all four sessions.
