This Breakfast Club presentation will demystify probate, explaining the probate process: how it works and when to avoid it. The presenter will explain the many different ways your assets can be transferred to your beneficiaries after your death.
Stephen G. Levy, JD, CELA, is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. He is an expert in Elder Law, Estate Planning and Administration and Long Term Care Planning. Mr. Levy is a member of the Elder Law and Trusts and Estate sections of the New York State Bar Association. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He serves as President for the Ohav Shalom Senior Apartments and is a past Board of Directors member of Jewish Family Services.
