We welcome back Mary Brummagyn from the Albany County Department of Health for our December Breakfast Club. As the weather turns colder, we start to worry about the flu and pneumonia. Ms. Brummagyn will update us on the latest immunizations. She will also discuss how to stay healthy during the cold and flu season including staying hydrated and protecting yourself in cold weather.
