Fall Prevention Workshop Series for Seniors

NNORC Fall Prevention Program—Back by popular demand  “Spring into action” and take an active role in preventing falls. Your Albany NNORC is pleased to again offer a three-session Fall Prevention Program, which addresses this important component of good health and independent living. Like other NNORC health and wellness events, this program is designed to offer helpful
information in a fun and highly interactive way. Please join us!
This program will give you the opportunity to:

  • Explore strategies to be safe and continue to be independent and active.
  • Share your ideas, concerns and beliefs about falls.
  • Learn a sequence of easy exercises targeted to building the balance, strength and stability essential to fall prevention.

DATE: Thursday April 28 (final session), 2016 from 2:00-4:00 p.m.
PLACE: Temple Israel, 600 New Scotland Ave, Albany
