Congressman Paul Tonko Coming to the August NNORC Breakfast Club

The August NNORC Breakfast Club welcomes special guest: Congressman Paul Tonko. Congressman Tonko is serving his fourth term in the US House of Representatives after a long and illustrious career in the NYS Assembly and as CEO of the NYS Energy Research and Development Authority. He is keenly interested in sharing his perspectives on what’s going on in Washington and hearing the concerns of his constituents. This will be an active and engaging breakfast program.
Throughout his career, Congressman Tonko has been a champion for the working class, advancing policies that create jobs, provide economic opportunity and ensure senior citizens can retire with dignity. He believes in the power of America’s middle class and fights to ensure the American Dream stays within reach for all who work hard and play by the rules.
In the House of Representatives, Congressman Tonko serves on the Committee on Energy and Commerce. Since 2013, he has served as the Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on Environment and Economy. He also serves several subcommittees including Energy and Power, Oversight and Investigations and Research and Technology.
Save the date for the next NNORC Breakfast Club. On Wednesday, September 14, Jane Levine from Levine Memorial Chapel in Albany will share information about the
