Albany NNORC Launches Wellness Wednesday

When it comes to good health, you’re in control of the choices you make every day. And when it comes to making choices, it’s easier when you have solid knowledge and good information to guide you.
Let’s meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each Month for Wellness Wednesday. We’ll explore topics of interest in a relaxed setting, with lots of opportunities to share and ask questions. From time- to-time we’ll provide special programs with knowledgeable, experienced presenters. We’re also eager to hear about ideas for future sessions—things that are important to you—topics you’d like to talk about and learn more about.
Here are the particulars:
WHEN: 3rd Wednesday of each month; the first session is Wednesday, September 21, 2016, 1:30-3:00 p.m.
WHERE: B’nai Sholom Reform Congregation, 420 Whitehall Road, Albany, NY
FACILITATOR: Judi England, RN, Senior Health Education Coordinator for the NNORC
